The 7inch vinyl single of Shintaro Sakamoto and Mayer Hawthorne for Record Store Day 2014 limited will be available in US, UK, EU & Japan.
Sakamoto sings “Wine Glass Woman” with the Japanese lyrics he wrote on the original track of Pharel Williams’s “Wine Glass Woman”, from Mayer’s newest album “Where Does This Door Go”.
And Meyer Hawthorne sings “In a Phantom Mood” with the English lyrics he wrote on the original track of Sakamoto’s “In a Phantom Mood”, from Sakamoto’s 1st album “How to Live With A Phantom”.
It’s a new kind of collaboration between Japan and U.S..

Japanese edition 7inch will be released from zelone records, and US 7inch is released from “Universal /Republic” belonging to Meyer, by Record Store Day2014 limited in US, UK, EU and Japan area.
Shintaro Sakamoto designed both editions for the artwork.
And zelone’s 7inch in Japan will featur a deluxe, four-folded jacket at this time also. Will be available in record shops across the country on April 19.
