It seems that Shintaro Sakamoto appeared in WEEK-END FEST # 7 held in Cologne, Germany in October,

After that, live in Tokyo by Shintaro Sakamoto who finished live in Berlin, are said to be held at LIQUIDROOM on January 17, 2018 (Wednesday).

Members are Shintaro Sakamoto (Guitar & Vocal), AYA (Base & Chorus), Yuta Suganuma (Drum & Chorus).

And Tetsu Nishiuchi (Saxophone & Flute) as a guest player, and DJ by Hiroshi Futami.

坂本慎太郎、Devendra Banhartとの独盤スプリット7inch「べつの星」リリース！

WEEK-END Festival and Slowboy Records will collaborate to release a split 7-inch between Shintaro Sakamoto and Devendra Banhart to commemorate the WEEK-END Festival which will be held in Cologne, Germany from 27th to 28th of October.

This 7-inch will include Sakamoto’s track “Another Planet” from his 3rd record “Love If Possible”,

released in the US/EU by Mesh-Key Records NYC.

And Devendra Banhart will cover the same song in Japanese on Side B.
In addition, a download code will be provided which includes an additional version by Devendra Banhart.

This German release will be a limited pressing and you can pre-order your copy at the WEEK-END Festival website (URL below).
You can also obtain a copy at the WEEK-END Festival #7 which starts on October 27th.
